We strive to accurately describe each item and provide honest evaluations. However, many items are vintage or antique and may show signs of wear. While we aim for accuracy, we cannot guarantee the completeness or precision of product descriptions. Additional photographs are available upon request. Sizes are approximate, and images may not always perfectly reflect the actual product.

Payment and Order Completion:

Your contract to purchase an item is only complete once full payment has been received. Payment is due within 7 days of placing an order. If payment is not received within this period, the order will be cancelled, and the item may be made available to other customers. Items remain available on the website until payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any stage, including after payment has been made.

Shipping and Delivery:

We ship internationally and welcome orders from around the world. Shipping rates and fees vary depending on the destination and item. Orders will be dispatched within 3 - 4 business days after payment is confirmed.

Rubies & Me is not responsible for  delays caused by customs processes or events outside our control. The customer is responsible for any import duties or taxes and should review local customs regulations before ordering. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the product can be lawfully imported into the destination country. The recipient is considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws. Customs authorities may inspect shipments, and certain order, shipment and  product details may be shared with them.

Returns and Cancellations:

Products may be returned if they are in the same condition as when shipped to you. Return shipping and insurance costs are the customer's responsibility. You may cancel the sale and request a full refund within 7 days of receiving the item, excluding return shipping and insurance fees. Returns will not be accepted for items damaged due to improper cleaning, alterations, or testing.

Insurance and Liability:

All items will be insured during transit, and the cost of insurance will be included in the final invoice along with shipping fees. If you choose to waive insurance, Rubies & Me is not liable for any loss or damage during transit. For insured items that are lost or damaged, we will issue a refund.
